What I originally wrote on my ABOUT ME page is further down below. I’ve kept it for transparency.
However, I wrote an article asking people to ask me questions to give this post a bit more depth.

My first question came from Paul van Gool. Although it wasn’t a direct question, it was a suggestion. So I’ll go with it.
- ‘You could include something about why you started writing and what you are writing about. But watch out. That could easily become a long story in itself.’
I started writing online many, many years ago. I think it was around 2008 on a site called Triond. I tried my hand at poetry, informative articles, and fun articles.
I made my first $$’s online there and met many people from around the world, who I still keep in touch with today. Sherrie Hurd is one of them.
Although Triond had its faults, it was a pioneer site for content writers and set the path for many more online writing sites that soon popped up all over the place.
